Lobstering has long been a major business in Maine, but
financial pressures and government regulations do not bode well for
the industry. Some waters are seriously over-harvested, causing lobstermen
to venture further out to find their catch, and these traditionally independent
businessmen are finding it harder and harder to make a living each year.
